"Found the Right Card Fast"
I found the exact card I needed way quicker than I expected. The search on Hallmark actually worked really well, even when I only typed in a few words. it’s nice when a site makes something simple and doesn’t waste your time — that should be the bare minimum, but I appreciated it.

"Way Easier Than I Expected"
I had an issue with an order on hallmark.com and figured it was going to be one of those annoying back-and-forth situations. But compared to a lot of other customer service experiences I’ve had online, this was actually really smooth. They replied quickly, were genuinely nice, looked into my order, and explained what had happened without making it confusing. They helped me get everything sorted out and were patient the whole time. Definitely made me feel better about ordering from them again.

I found a really nice card quickly, which felt like a small win because I needed to get it done that day. They have a ton of styles to choose from, maybe even a little too many to scroll through, but the selection is great and the site was easy enough to use overall

"Good cards, should’ve checked shipping first"
The cards arrived on time and were totally fine, so no complaints there. I just kind of wish I’d paid closer attention to the shipping cost before placing such a small order, because it ended up adding more than I expected.

"Easy pickup, just like last time"
I ordered a card online and picked it up in the store later that same day. It was already ready when I got there, and the lady at the counter was really nice. I’ve used this pickup option before and had a good experience then too, so it was nice to see it was just as easy this time. No issues at all, I’d definitely use it again.

I ordered a few cards and a little gift from hallmark.com, and the prices felt reasonable. Not like the cheapest thing out there, but for the quality, it made sense. Shipping wasn’t bad either, which was nice because sometimes that part gets annoying. I also liked that there were different price ranges, so I didn’t feel like I had to spend more than I wanted on it

I used hallmark to make a personalized birthday card and, umm, it was way easier than I expected. I was able to add my own photo and change the message without getting confused, which I appreciated. They had more options than I thought they would, too. The preview was really helpful before I placed the order, and the card turned out nice. It felt a lot more personal than just grabbing one from the store. I’d definitely use it again.

"Discounts are decent, but not always reliable"
so I do like shopping on hallmark.com, and I’ve found some good stuff there, but the discounts can be kind of hit or miss. Every now and then there’s a promo that actually helps, but other times the things I want are still full price.
The shipping deals are nice when they show up, and I always appreciate those, but I do wish the coupons applied to more items. Overall it’s not a bad experience, just feels like the savings could be a little better.

"Easy tracking, just a tiny delay"
I ordered from hallmark.com and the order updates were really easy to follow. I could see each step along the way, including when it was out for delivery, which was nice. The package did show up a day later than I expected, which was a little annoying at first, but really it wasn’t a big deal since everything arrived in good shape.

"Better than I Honestly Expected"
I ordered a few cards and a small gift from hallmark.com, and I’ll admit I was kind of expecting at least one little issue, like a name being off or something not looking like the picture. But everything showed up exactly how I picked it. The names were printed correctly, the cards matched what I saw online, and nothing was missing or wrong. It was a simple order, but it was nice to have it all go smoothly. I’d order from them again.

I like the overall design and the parts I usually pay attention to, like the colors and main layout, look good. That said, when there’s too much on the screen at once, it starts to feel a bit cluttered and I find myself tuning out some of the extra details.

"Pretty easy to use, just a little sluggish"
Overall, it was easy to use and I didn’t really have to think too much about where to click. The only thing that kept bugging me was how the pages loaded a bit slowly, just those few extra seconds where the screen sits there and you start noticing every little loading spinner. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely something I noticed each time
